I recently began a huge quest for a new vacuum cleaner. Although the quest has yet to come to an end, I thought I would add a short entry here regarding shopping and consumer protection.

BBB. Better Business Bureau. Common knowledge. Yet a believe a resource we have as consumers that goes ignored. Do not be afraid to research a company before you make any decision. And for crying out loud, complain when the occasion calls for it.

Cnet- “Bringing tech to life.” I love this site. As a tech geek I guess it is to be expected. It is of course popular knowledge, but for others it is a wonder place to explore.

I know these are just a few sites that most people already know about, but I wanted to get them on here. I would hate to miss a great opportunity because it was assumed I knew something I didn’t. So, I will be adding a post regarding the results of my vacuum fiasco shortly.
